**If you are seeking personalized 1 on 1 and more in-depth teaching of specific skills, we highly recommend considering private lessons or our small group sessions. Clinics and camps are fast paced and designed for larger groups, which may limit the amount of one-on-one time available for each goalie.
Preseason Prep Power Skating & Positioning Clinic
Dates: August 23, 2026
Location: Owen Sound, ON | Julie McArthur Arena
Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Cost: $70+HST per goalie
Shake off the summer rust, get comfortable in your new gear, or just get some extra ice time in with our pre-season Power Skating Clinic. This clinic is designed specifically to help shake out those summer legs while working on movement, confidence, and agility. The session will focus strictly on skating mechanics and goalie-specific movement patterns.
Session Focus
- Edge control & balance
- Crease mobility
- Explosive movement & recovery speed
- T-pushes, shuffles & transitions
- Puck handling
Who Can Attend?: These sessions will be fast paced and require goalies to be able to comfortably power slide consistently across the ice.
Must be in one of the following levels: U9 A/AA/AAA, U10 B/BB/A/AA/AAA, U11 B/BB/A/AA/AAA, U12 B/BB/A/AA/AA, U13-U15 C/B/BB/A/AA/AAA
Please note: this clinic is not recommended for goalies who are currently in the “Try Goalie” phase or are brand new to the position.
