Overview: Grey Bruce Goaltending is seeking an enthusiastic and aspiring Junior Goalie Coach to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their coaching skills and gain valuable experience in training goaltenders of all ages and skill levels. The Junior Goalie Coach will assist senior coaching staff and contribute to a positive and productive training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior goalie coaches in planning and executing on-ice and off-ice training sessions.
Support goalies during drills by providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback.
Help demonstrate proper goaltending techniques, including positioning, movement, and save execution.
Ensure safety and adherence to camp protocols during training sessions.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of training equipment and drills.
Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for young goalies to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

Experience playing as a goaltender at a competitive level, preferably with some exposure to coaching or mentoring.
Strong understanding of fundamental goaltending techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop as a coach.
Passion for working with young athletes and helping them achieve their potential.
Physical fitness and the ability to participate actively in training sessions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
